As a data hosting provider under Law 34/2002, Cires21, S.L. retains essential information for a maximum period of 12 months to identify the origin of the hosted data and service provision start. This retention does not affect communication confidentiality and may only be used in criminal investigations or public security safeguarding, made available to judges, courts, or requesting ministries.

Intellectual property rights of cires21.com

Cires21, S.L. is the owner of all copyright, intellectual property, industrial, know-how, and any other rights related to the contents of the website and services. Reproduction, publication, and non-private use without written consent is prohibited.

Intellectual property of the software

Users must respect third-party programs provided by Cires21, S.L. The company holds necessary exploitation and intellectual property rights. Users acquire only rights and licenses necessary for contracted service fulfillment and duration.

Actions exceeding contract scope require written authorization. Users cannot access, modify, or view server configuration, structure, and files, and assume civil and criminal liability for incidents resulting from negligent or malicious actions.

Intellectual property of the hosted content

Services prohibiting use contrary to intellectual property legislation include:

  • Use contrary to Spanish laws or infringing third-party rights
  • Publishing or transmitting violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racial, xenophobic, or defamatory content
  • Distribution of program cracks, serial numbers, or content violating third-party intellectual property
  • Collecting or using other users' personal data without consent or violating Regulation (EU) 2016/679
  • Using domain mail servers for unwanted bulk emails

Cires21, S.L. performs server content backups but is not responsible for user data loss or accidental deletion. Complete data restoration is not guaranteed, as data may have been deleted or modified since the last backup.

Services excluding specific backup offerings do not include content restoration from Cires21, S.L. backups when loss is attributable to users. Recovery fees are determined by complexity and volume, requiring user acceptance.

Data restoration is included in service pricing only when content loss results from causes attributable to Cires21, S.L.

Commercial communications

Complying with the LSSI, Cires21, S.L. will not send advertising or promotional communications via email or any other equivalent electronic means unless they have been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients.

For users with prior contractual relationships, Cires21, S.L. may send commercial communications about similar products or services. Users may request cessation of commercial information through Customer Service after identity verification.
